Standard orders will be dispatched on the same working day if your purchase is completed before 4.45pm and the goods are in stock.

Tracked Free Delivery

Delivery is free for all standard orders dispatched to any address in the UK and are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail Tracked, but may also be sent via courier. Please allow 2 – 4 days for your goods to arrive.

Tracked Faster Delivery

If you prefer 1st class tracked delivery, you can select this option for a flat charge of £1.99 including VAT. This will ensure delivery in 1 - 2 days as long as your items are in stock.

Tracked Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery

If you require guaranteed next business day tracked delivery (UK Mainland) there is a flat charge of £4.16 plus VAT (£4.99). Orders placed after 4.45pm will be processed on the next business day for delivery next business day, although if you call us after this time on 020 8449 4877 we will do our best to accommodate you. Orders placed over the weekend will be treated as placed on a Monday for delivery on a Tuesday. Non-UK Mainland is guaranteed 2-3 business days.

Tracked Pre 12 Noon Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery

If you require pre 12 noon tracked guaranteed next business day delivery (UK Mainland) there is a flat charge of £10.82 plus VAT (£12.98). Non-UK Mainland is guaranteed 2-3 business days.

Tracked Saturday Guaranteed Delivery

If you require tracked Saturday guaranteed delivery there is a flat charge of £35.00 plus VAT (£42.00). Guaranteed Saturday delivery is not available for Non-UK mainland.

Delivery Schedule

The latest time an order is processed on the day is 4.45pm, although if you call us after this time on 020 8449 4877 we will try our best to accommodate you. Otherwise orders placed after 4.45pm will automatically be treated as an order placed the following business morning.

Mainland Europe Tracked Delivery

Tracked delivery to mainland Europe is available at an estimated cost of £8.32 plus VAT (£9.98) for ink cartridges & £16.67 plus VAT (£20.00) for toner cartridges. If the delivery cost is higher we will notify you as soon as possible. Terms & conditions apply.
