1.  Your order ID, email address and full name.

2.  The product code of the item purchased at a cheaper price on a competitors website.

3.   The website address where you bought the product at a cheaper price.

4.   Your proof of purchase from the competitor.

Please note:

Our Price Promise Guarantee only applies to products available from VAT registered UK mainland websites. The product must be identical to the one you have purchased and must be in stock. This Price Promise Guarantee excludes products found on other sites that are free offers, clearance, special promotional items, multi buy prices or contract pricing.
